Thug Power 1: Quick Draw (Tech)
You have slightly twitchy fingers.
You can draw and switch between weapons as a free action.

Thug Power 5: Knee Shot (Set-Up)
You hit your enemy where it hurts. The kneecap.
Major Action • 10 MP
Hit = Pro + Speed + ½ level • Range = WPN
Damage = WPN
The target becomes Stunned.

Thug Power 10: Sucker Punch (Response)
Fighters with honor lose. You take your punches as they come.
Major Action • 10 MP
Hit = Pro + ½ level • Range = WPN
Damage = WPN + Power
The target must be Stunned. You must attack with a melee weapon.

Thug Power 15: Curb Stomp (Response)
You kick your enemies when they’re down. Literally.
Major Action • 15 MP
Hit = Pro + ½ level • Range = WPN
Damage = WPN + Power x 2
The target must be Grounded. Target uses Senses rather than Armor to block. You must attack unarmed.

Thug Power 20: Rifle Burst (Response)
You take a cheap shot at a flying enemy.
Major Action • 15 MP
Hit = Pro + ½ level vs. 1d20 • Range = WPN
Damage = WPN + Senses
The target must be Airborne.

Thug Power 25 A: Drop (Universal Response Ultimate)
In the air, on the ground, on their feet… you’re not picky.
Free Action • 25 MP • 3x Daily
Hit = Pro + level • Range = WPN
Damage = WPN x 2 + Senses
This attack can be made only with a melee weapon. If an enemy within your WPN range becomes Tripped, Stunned, Grounded, or Airborne, (including if you set them up) you can make this attack as a free action. Target becomes Grounded.

Thug Power 25 B: Steal (Special Response Ultimate)
You take his weapon, then take his life.
Major + Move Action • 30 MP • Daily
Hit = Pro + ½ level • Range = WPN
Damage = WPN + Guts x 2
Target must be Stunned. You take the target’s weapon and attack with it.
